Gael worked for Concorde Invest in Paris in capacity as insurance broker servicing the real estate, mortgage and insurance brokerage industries.
He gained valuable experience at Concorde Invest, working along side a financial analyst, on the analyses of customer financing including approaching top banking institutions to build customised client solutions.
He moved to Icade Patrimoine in the position of asset manager working on the valuation of assets in the property tenancy fields including the management of buildings, risk assets and resulting litigations.
From 2010 to 2016 Gael was responsible for the general sale of the Luano City project.
In 2015 Gaël founded Fonci Invest Groupe.
Sam has a proven track record in IT, a field in which he has worked for over 7 years. He has worked on several projects in the analysis, design and implementation of IT solutions for public and private companies. He holds a degree in Software Engineering.
His taste for learning and his ability to adapt quickly led him to other fields in which he has taken multiple trainings and has been certified over the years, including Digital Marketing, Project Management, Cyber Security and Public Speaking.
Since 2019, Sam brings his experience in all these fields to Fonci Invest.
Charles is an expert specialized in land and company law.
He hold degrees in law from Faculté Universitaire Notre Dame de la Paix in Namur Belgium, and from Université de Lille 2 in Lille France.
He held managerial positions in Belgium registered companies (Compagnie Générale de l’Industrie du batîment et Fiducière et Import Export..).
In Africa, Charles operated as consultant for the Zimbabwean company MB International. He is an expert at the DR Congo national ministry of Budget.
Since 2015, Charles works for Fonci Invest Groupe.
Mathieu has vaste experience in the mining sector.
He holds degrees in Applied Communication at IHECS, Belgium and in Business Administration from University of Lille, France.
Formerly Communication Director at the Gécamines for nearly twenty years, he is currently a consultant in mines and CEO at COMAKAT SARL (The Mining and Artisanal Cooperative of Katanga) and treasurer at FECOMIKAT (Mining and cooperative federation of Katanga).
Mathieu is also the President of Fonci Resources SAS, a subsidiary of Fonci Invest Groupe. He brings expertise and know-how of the field and his vision for new business opportunities.
